We love treating our community to special offers and savings! To keep things fair and clear, here are some general guidelines on how our discount codes work:

 General Guidelines

• One discount per order:
  Only one discount code can be used per order. Discount codes cannot be stacked or combined with other promotions, including loyalty point redemptions.

• Limited-time offers:
  Most discount codes are valid only during the promotional period. Expiration dates are set by Allies of Skin and may vary based on the campaign or offer.

• Not valid on all items:
  Discount codes usually can’t be used on:

  • Subscription orders (Subscribe & Save)

  • Product kits or curated bundles

  • Already-discounted or sale items

• Promo-specific restrictions:
  Some codes may apply only to certain products, categories, or minimum order values. Be sure to check the details on the offer when you receive your code.

• One-time use (in most cases):
  Unless otherwise stated, most codes are valid for a single use per customer.

• No cash value:
  Discount codes are not redeemable for cash, and if part of your order is refunded, the value of the discount used won’t be refunded or reinstated.

• Expired codes:
  We’re unable to honor expired codes, but feel free to check our current offers or reach out — there’s always something exciting around the corner!

• Right to modify or cancel:
  We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or pause discount codes or promotions at any time, especially in the case of suspected misuse or technical issues.
